Suggest Treatment For Cold And Runny Nose With Rash On Forehead

Question: My 6 month baby has been suffering from a cold with runny and stuffy nose for the past one week. We gave her homeopathy medicines and she is better now.
however, since yesterday, we noticed mild rash on her forehead, which is visible even on her eyebrows and little on nose. Also, we saw very faint on her shoulders(almost like an uneven skin only).
She sweats a lot on her head and also body. We had asked her Pediatrician and he mentioned that it is normal and can be genetic.
Can these be heat rashes (prickly heat) or something else?
I am attaching pictures for your reference.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
may be seborrhic dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
It looks like seborrhic dermatitis or allergic rash.
Can you tell me which oil and soap you are using for baby?
Also dettol and savlon use may cause this type of irritation.
Nothing to worry about it, apply candid-B lotion once a day to scalp area.
Atarax drops can be given if baby is irritated by the rash.
Do not use dettol to wash cloths or in water to bath baby.
Stop oil for some days and once rash disappears use coconut oil like parachute for massage.
Hope i helped you.
