
Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough And Post-nasal Drip

Question: I have been sick on and off for 3 months with cold, cough or sinus drip - i saw my doctor in Feb for ear infection, cold and flu - and just toughed it out since - it started up again 3 days ago - cough constant post nasal drip (annoying) today i woke up and both sides of pectoral muscle (sides of my breast are painful to touch and move. I am female, 55 years old, 5'6" 133lbs.

No difficulty breathing or heaviness in chest.
I do get short winded and light headed when walking up stairs.
