Brief Answer:
common cold

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

For shakes and chills you should take Ibuprofen or continue with the Paracetamol (Tylenol) tablets every 8 hours.

For common cold take an anti-histaminic such as tab. Cetirizine 10mg once daily before going to bed. For cough you can take a cough suppressant as Mucinex twice daily. If you develop any fever despite this, then you might need an antibiotic after checking with your doctor.

I hope I've answered your question.

Feel free to ask in case of any further doubts.

Kind regards
