Hello dear. Please provide the following details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. From the reports it seems that he suffered from seizure disorder and the likely cause is multiple brain metastatic lesions. Please provide me following information
1. Is the patient fully conscious and oriented?
2. Whether he can take care of himself(bathing, toilet, self eating etc?)
3. When was the last seizure episode?
4. Whether any MRI brain or CT brain was done and if done please upload the report.
I will update you regarding further management once the information is available to me.
Thanks and regards

Sir please see reports attached n I ve to ask one more
Brief Answer:
He requires Radiotherapy and chemo if stable.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the reports. If the patient is stable and XXXXXXX he requires following treatment.
1. Radiotherapy to brain for the brain lesions. It will cause the brain lesions to shrink and thus will prevent any seizure in future.
2. Chemotherapy for other sites of cancer in the body. Chemotherapy that can be used in this case are a combination of 5FU , Irinotecan and targeted agent like avastin or cetuximab/panitumumab.
The final call to give treatment will depend upon the general condition of the patient after examining him by a doctor.
However you must remember that the expected life expectancy with the treatment is only upto 6 months to 1 year.
Thanks and regards

thanks a lot for ur useful n valuable advice sir
Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Please continue with the treatment advised.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. The patient has been prescribed drugs for the seizure control. Moreover i can see from the attachments that a drug called resihance has been given. This drug is an anticancer drug(regorafenib) and is usually prescribed as a last line drug when all the options have bbeen failed. It is a weaker drug . You have two options,, either you continue with this drug till there is again failure of the drug or toxicity, or you change to some other treatment as advised by me and keep resihance for the end treatment when all other options have been used.
Thnaks and regards
