Suggest Treatment For Compulsive Masturbation

Question: I have a problem with compulsive masterbation since the last 4 years. In December 2013, I did intensive masterbation for 4 times in a day. Within one hour, I had a strange feeling. I was not able to close my mouth fully, I had severe headache, I got tears from my eyes, My nose and my whole face was sore. I also had breathing problem. Since that date, my face had kept on changing if I did masterbation. Since the last three weeks I just masterbated once a week, but now my face has changed into a XXXXXXX persons face. I am strictly heterosexual and I never watched any XXXXXXX porn or had any XXXXXXX friends. The left part of my body is becoming smaller Everytime I masterbate. My left eye is becoming smaller and there is less muscle in my hands and legs. I had read this in the Internet about this condition. 3 days ago, I was very depressed and to get a big orgasm I put a pen in my Anus and started to masterbate. Simultaneously with my penis as well. Since then if I go to toilet, I automatically get orgasm. I stopped masterbation since a month. Due to the anal orgasm, My body has changed drastically.
