Question: neighbor 59 yrs old. Has confussion, he can not concentrate, can not remember anything, has a very hard time standing. can not drive. his vision is distorted and blurry, doctors can not find the problem. Lost lots of weight. 15 pounds in thirty days Has the shakes real bad. He has a sense of spinning .He had shoulder surgery and shortly after had the viral flu and that lasted 2 weeks and the dizziness started after recovery from flu on february 19th 2016. He Can not write anything or draw blue prints. He has trouble using writing utensils Symtoms increase as day progresses, has fallen down for no reason.

Complaints 1 to 8 indicate that there is a problem in the frontal lobe of his brain
Complaint 9 indicate that the pressure inside his skull in increased

10,11 indicate the likely cause of these problems. Either a Viral Encephalitis or Secondaries
12, 13 can be due to anaemia

14 warn us that immediate intervention by Specialist is needed

How to Proceed ?
He has to be admitted in a Neurosurgical Centre and undergo
1. Detailed Clinical Examination
2. Fundus Examination
3. MRI Brain
