Suggest Treatment For Constant Body Ache, Muscles And Joints Pain

Question: I have constant body ache, muscles and joints especially my hands, (thumbs) and arms. It sometimes keeps me awake at night. I take ibuprofen twice a day and it helps a little. I also added turmeric and Glucosamine, and various other vitamins such as Vitamin D, B-12 and Ginkgo, and multiple vitamins. It isn't getting any better. the pain is sometimes over the top. I take care of my 9 month old and 2 year old grandchildren 3 days a week and it always suffer afterwards with this pain. I thought a day of rest would take care of that but it doesn't anymore. I went shopping yesterday and pushed myself and last night (it is 4am now) I never did fall into a deep sleep but was constantly aware of pain. The ache was constant in my arms and hands and back. Can you help me?
Brief Answer:
Get investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
From the symptoms you are explaining, it seems that pain will not be controlled by having painkillers alone, but you have to undergo some blood investigations like serm uric acid, fasting blood sugar levels, ESR,CRP, and send me the report.
Pain you are explaining may be due to~
Increase uric acid,
Simply increase blood glucose levels.
So I want to know the root cause of pain.
Till then have cap.indomethacin25mgs thrice a day for seven days.
Apply hot packs.
Do yoga.
I hope it helps.
Thanks,
