Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache, Intermittent Nausea, Neck And Back Pain
Cervical spondylosis can be the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Cervical spondylosis can be the cause of your problem. A physical examination by an orthopedian followed by x ray and MRI of cervical spine will help you to rule out this.
I usually advise muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine, NSAIDs like Nimusulide and neurotropic drugs for my patients with such condition. Physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises should be done along with this also.
Wearing soft cervical collars will be helpful also. Cervical home traction might be helpful also. This should be done only by the advise of your orthopedian as in conditions like myelopathy it is contra indicated.
Nausea could be caused by vertigo. This also occurs in cervical spondylosis. Drugs like meclizine will be helpful in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
