Brief Answer:
pelvic pain due to post surgery adhesions

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Since you have a history of vaginal hysterectomy with bilateral ovaries removal, the pelvic pain can be attributed to it. Adhesions form between different organs after surgery, and this may lead to chronic pelvic pain.
Lower back pain can be due to the osteoporosis which is quite common after the removal of ovaries, due to deficiency of estrogen hormone.
If your ultrasound and CT scan of the pelvis is normal, I would suggest you to take analgesic when you have pain.

I suggest you to take calcium and vitamin D supplements to strengthen your bones. Do get a Bone mineral density checked as it is decreased in osteoporosis.

If you don't get relief, then do consult an OBGYN specialist and plan to get a laparoscopy done for chronic pelvic pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back to us for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
