Brief Answer:
Possible urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by urinary tract infection. You may have frequent urinating, burning while urinating, trace of blood in urine, fever with this condition.

If the pain appears after physical activity, spine disc problem can be the case.

I suggest you to have some diagnostic done. Please start with abdominal ultrasound and urine analysis. If infection will be confirmed, antibiotic is necessary. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

For spine disc problem, MRI should be done and orthopedist visited.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
