Brief Answer:
chronic fatigue syndrome may be a cause for physical distresses

Detailed Answer:
hello
I may briefly summarise from the information provided-
Chronic fatigue syndrome also called 'yuppies syndrome' is a sequelae following episode of Glandular fever.it is characterised by undue tiredness, sluggishness even when not working, some lethargy and vague aches and pains. It is believed to be a 'runover' of the body immune system and metabolism
your doctor has thoroughly investigated and has not found anything in abdomen to account for her misery and pain following surgery
double jointed scoliosis on bone scan is a condition of hypermobility of joints, a genetical disorder often associated with other defects in body like heart murmurs ,disorder in blood vessels for which ,
I may suggest ,
if your doctor agrees, should also be ruled out by a specialist

bulging of wrist joint to a side may be due to hypermobility condition

Now what else be done?

The child may be supplemented with nourishing diet, multivitamis and minerals, fruit juices and glucose, light digestible foods, naturopathy

Avoid sedatives

Do fresh air walking, exercise mildly for all joints of limbs, back, neck, arms

Dolo-neurobion may be given for muscular aches and pain if her doctor agrees

Avoid all kinds of stress and strenuous work, mental or physical

Finally, a spine or scoliosis specialist may examine and study if her abdominal organs are tagged or crowded to either side of spine due to any abnormal hypermobility, lateral curvatures due to scoliosis ,if any
Hope I could clear some of your doubts. It is worth never losing faith in doctors and in self. Please assure and re-assure your daughter that things will be okay-not to lose self-confidence

best wishes,

My daughter has a swollen side on the waiste not on the wrist. Her aches are continuous and they didnt mention double scholiosis.Only that she had scholiosis.
Her pains seen to be getting worse and this has been going on for 4 years know.

Could there be a posibility that the apendix leaked and she has some kingd of toxin poisoning.I dont know whtether this will be of any importance ,however she is allergic to penisillan ,sulphur ,cherry products and some other medications.

Brief Answer:
Ct scan/ultrasound abdomen if your doctor agrees to rule out abnormalities

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for writing back
If you doctor says scoliosis then he may have assessed the position exactly by physical examination.
There are curvatures developed in spine in scoliosis often causing shifting of viscera(abdominal organs) to either side for which CT-scan abdomen /ultrasound abdomen may be helpful for detection. This will also show if any lymph nodes or glands in retroperitoneal areas or and any other abnormality in liver kidneys etc.
Leak from appendix,if any, may have healed by now.Local adhesions, fibrosis are possible with some fibrotic strands causing some pressure on bowel loops-so if your surgeon thinks necessary , he may ask for an ultrasound abdomen to verify.
She should avoid those meds. And eatables she is intolerant to
best wishes,
