Brief Answer:
Diet modulation.

Detailed Answer:
Greetings,

There doesn't seem to be a serious problem.

Let's start my slowly introducing high fibre diet in the food. But remember it is done slowly only.
We will start by adding green leafy vegetables and also introduce roughage. Roughage is included in carrots, cabbage, cucumber and those sorts. Another thing that I want you to do is encourage your child to drink good amount of water. You can also introduce lots and variety of juices. go for veggies in the juice along with fruits.

Apart from this make sure your child is having a good amount of physical activity in terms of sports etc.

Make sure that you also start modulating your diet as it will be easier for the child to accept it then.

Hope this has helped.
thanks and regards.
