Brief Answer:
Diet changes

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Health care magic.

I went through through your query and understood your concerns.

Constipation is one of the side effect of long term use of ibuprofen. Which can be correctable with life style modifications

These are my advice :
Diet rich in fibre content.
Take more of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Minimum of 4 lit of water or liquid per day.
Avoid fast foods.
Regular walking or exercise for minimum of 30 min daily.
Try to have bowel movements daily on regular basis.
These measures surely help to relieve your symptoms. Slowly try to reduce dulcolax and stop it.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
