A few suggestions advised sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Thank you so much for the response sir.
Your diet seems to be quite average, and should not be the cause for constipation but you could still increase the amount of fibre in your diet. But your fluid intake could certainly use some change, as an approximate total of your fluid intake per day could be a litre or a litre and a half maximum, whereas, your daily intake should be at least 3 litres to promote adequate stool formation.
Following are my suggestions sir:
For the time being I would like to suggest the following sir:
-Drink plenty of fluids (at least 3 litres per day)
-Increase the amount of fibre in your diet (but only if you do not have any abdominal pain or distension)
+Beans
+Prunes
+Figs
+Spinach
+Apples
+Pears
+Sweet potato
+Oranges
+Oatmeal
+Bran
+Brown rice
+Figs
+Green peas
+Dates
+Multiple grain cereals
+Whole bread
-Continue to take the laxative
-Avoid fatty food (eg. cheese, dairy products, fried/oily food, etc.)
-Make sure you include adequate amount of exercise in your daily routine to promote digestion
If you do not experience an improvement after 2-3 days, then it would be best to report to a doctor for an erect abdominal x-ray and an ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis sir.
Please keep me updated, and I hope you find relief with the suggestions I have mentioned in our discussion. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always available to help.
Best wishes.
