Brief Answer:
Any associated tremors??
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
At your age, the first thing coming to my mind is Parkinsonism, and similar neurological problems. Certain medicines like anti depressants, anti anxiety medications also can cause continuous drooling of saliva. Are you on any of those medications.
Do you have frequent falls, unsteadiness of walking, tremors in fingers/hands or face/tongue ??
The best thing is to get a neurological examination done by a neurologist
