It looks like you have an upper respiratory tract infection . This is how you should go about it

1. Tab paracetamol three times daily will bring down the fever
2. Tab levocetrizine twice daily will be helpful for the cough and throat irritation ( if any )
3. Most importantly gargle your throat with Betadine gargles three times daily the other alternative would be salt water gargling
4. Antibiotics should be started if fever persists even after two days. I usually start azithromycin and give it for 3 days
5. Avoid cold beverages and cold food items
6. avoid smoking
7. keep yourself warm at all times
