Brief Answer:
Possibly meningitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
While the symptoms of your query could suggest simple sinusitis persisting, one serious possibility is meningitis.
The infection can spread to brain and cause the symptoms. Specially your neck pain favors the latter diagnosis.
I would suggest that you test with a x ray PNS waters view. This will help you detect sinusitis. If this is normal meet a neurologist for a lumbar puncture and csf analysis.
Meanwhile, start with
1. warm saline gargles 4 times a day,
2. steam inhalation 4 times a day,
3. multivitamins course once a day,
4. plenty of fluids,
5. paracetamol sos.
Let us know the reports.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
