From the description you have provided, you seem to be having upper respiratory infection.
If I was your treating physician, I would suggest you to do the following:
- Take T. AZEE 500mg once daily for 3 days, as this is an antibiotic, you may require prescription from a doctor.
- T. Cetrizine 5mg twice daily for 3 days
- Take Syp. TUSQ-D 5ml twice daily to treat cough
- Exercise warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day. You may also consider doing Betadine gargle in normal water.
- Consume warm foods. Avoid anything spicy so as to prevent further throat irritation.
- You may continue to take T. DOLO 650mg 2-3 times a day if you get fever symptoms.

Kindly clarify : Citrizine 10 mg or Levocitrizine 5 mg
