I did a ctscan on abdominal and pelvic, waiting on results I've never done a gastroscopy nor colonscopy...And they never said anything about IBS
Brief Answer:
ok
Detailed Answer:
Ok.
CT scan might not be of much help (I can tell only from history, however your doctor who has examined you is a better judge).
Your complaints nearly match IBS. Before conclusion, we need a colonoscopy to rule out other diseases like inflammatory bowel disease.
If colonoscopy is normal, the diagnosis of IBS is certain. You may respond to some drugs called prebiotics and anticholinergic drugs.
For the time being, please review after CT scan report for further advice.
All the best.
