Calcified plaque is usually palpable by patient himself as a.hard nodule along the shaft of the penis

The curvature that you have could be due to disparity in length of Corpora Cavernosa on either side of shaft of the penis and not due to Peyrinies disease...

However this does not demand any treatment if the person is able to penetrate vagina during seual intercourse and perform the sex.
