Is there any fluid coming out of that hole between the toes ?

How long have you had this ?

Have you sustained trauma ?

You could be having a deep non healing ulcer in between the toes and it is common in persons with Diabetes or vascular problems.

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Karo the area clean over the feet. If there is a fluid coming out betterment the toes, kindly get it tested at the Hospital for Culture and Sensitivity to find out if it is infected and by what organism and which Medicine is required to eliminate the infection.

Wear soft socks and slippers. Apply antibiotic ointment like Fucidin or Bactroban to the area thrice a day. Take pain killer like Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for pain relief. Keep the limb elevated. Apply ice around the region.
