Question: Dear concern I've peanut size 3 holes caused by warts by applying white lime and soda ... right on my face they can be easily noticeable can they b treated by laser ...

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your history and the uploaded picture.

You seem to have developed scars following the use of lime and soda.
Since it is a cosmetic problem, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for proper assessment and choose the best available treatment available.

Mild scars can be helped with topical creams which promote skin turnover e.g. Retinoid creams.
A little improvement can be expected in color and appearance of the scar.
Deeper acne scars (probably what you have got) are managed with multiple treatment procedures which aim at traumatizing the skin to stimulate collagen production and re- heal the scarred area.
Ablative laser resurfacing or Dermabrasion are the effective methods to treat such scars.
