Suggest Treatment For Deformities Due To Parotidectomy
I am XXXX Had two major surgeries
1. Age 60+
2. Had Paradictomy to remove benign tumour in the Parotid Region- in the year 2000 in the Right Face.
3. Motor nerves damaged
4. Rt. Eye does not close full.
5. The Rt side of the face is not normal
6. Sensory working
7. There was colon cancer removed only by surgery in the year 2011.No Chemo No radio.
Wish to get facial correction for cosmetic purposes if possible.
whether facial correction is possible ?
if yes to what extent and when it can be done ?

yes we can correct the deformities left behind by the parotidectomy and facial nerve injury.
we could either do a cross over nerve grafting from the opposite side or we could so static slinging just to correct the cosmetic deformities +/- facelift.
how much of an improvement you will get will have to be decided after examining you and doing some investigations to see what the status of the nerves and muscles is.
costs and healing time will vary according to what is done and where.
