Question: Yes, my sister in another state has a care giver who ensures she takes her medications. She has had sporadic emotional problems for the past 40 years, taking a mild dose of Prozac for the past 15 years, and had Nambia? added about two years ago. Monday she was extremely delusional, yesterday she leveled out to almost normal, and today I was just told that she was awake when the care giver came by, but sullen and almost non responsive. Could this indicate a stroke or just a deterioration of her emotional problems?
