Question: please help I miscarried my baby yesterday and I'm feeling really numb now what can I do to help me get over it

The second good piece is that, pregnancy is a game of chance and at your age, there are several other chances that you would take advantage of.
Though no one wants to be dealing with this, we should be able to loo at the positive in an unfortunate event and stay positive. Talk to your family, your loved ones, your friends and if your are a believer, to your pastor or priest. They would be helpful.
