Suggest Treatment For Depression After Break In Relationship

Question: Found myself so sad again last night., Left Shabbat early. Every prayer begins with Michael's last name Baruch. I couldn't stay there I started crying. Didn't sleep much last night. I am so confused. In court he had a witness say that I didn't know how to just be a friend. A friend?Michael persued me vigoriously and told my son and me that he loved me more than he did his dead wife. His "witness" said that he was "vulnerable" and not yet ready for a relationship! Really? He was over every single night, tried to kiss me and told me many times how many times he was in love with me and wanted to have sex with me..why would he change so abruptly and say he didn't love me or didn't want a relationship? I talked with a psychotherapist who told me he needs to have an MRI but that doesn't help me with the rejection and sadness. I have lost the will to live Dr Bishnoi...I am not even sure I can make it to court. If he is that adamant that he doesn't want me why should I even try? Guess he just doesn't care about or love me anymore..I never had a man love me so much and now he just doesn't care about me anymore..I can't take this much longer...
It would just be so much easier if I was dead Dr B. It hurt me so much when he made it look like I was preying on his vulnerability. I am always so on the edge of suicide.I would like to get him evaluated but am just not sure if I will make it till Wednesday..I am not even scared any longer of dying. I used to be scared of that but now it would be such a relief...the health problems would all be gone, the financial problems etc. XXXXXXX could go live with his Dad and I would be free for the first time in my really very hard life with so much pain and tragedy would be all behind me and I could just be with Jesus...I long for that day so very very much. No XXXXXXX to help me or be with me and never ending problems...no thanks..I think I might just be done...

Based upon our old conversations I can tell you that XXXXXXX lacks insight of his illness and actions. He cant think right or wrong. He denied all thing in court because he probably has developed delusions against you. These paranoid delusions probably resulted in his abnormal behaviour in court and he denied all in court. Schizophrenia is a mental illness and it is usually not detected by MRI, but evaluation by a psychiatrist can help. Try to remain relaxed and take your pain and dystonia medicines. This would help in improvement of your physical health. Even if in Shabbat his names comes, even then try to attend the prayers. This would reduce your suffering and will build new confidence. Please try to follow my advise.

I AM SO SAD. I just want XXXXXXX to love me again but instead he hates me. I wish I knew what the delusions were. I don't think I can go anywhere anymore. I am too sad to talk to anyone. Distraction only works moimentarily. Do you think he hates me? I couldn't/can't bear it if he does.. I just miss him so much...I don't have any hope that he will even be evaluated. If he isn't then he will deteriorate and I will never see him again... I would rather be dead then...

hat kind of delusions could he have? The same one he had when he was afraid something would happen to me?I just try to stay drugged up all the time...I try to sleep till 4 in the afternoon and let the days go by as fast as they can...I hate living..

Yes two possibilities of his delusions considering old conversations and based upon history, one is that he might harm you or kill you. This resulted in sudden change in his behaviour and he distanced himself from you. Other is Paranoid type delusions which resulted in his denying in court, but as per my opinion these delusions are not so strong because he has not done anything that may harm you and he just want to remain alone and socially withdrawn.

Please don't think about not living or similar ideas. Try to avoid such thinking.

BTW, please don't tell me to distract myself from XXXXXXX Nothing angers me or upsets me more than being told that. I am NOT going to go to Israelm unless XXXXXXX gets better and loves me again, bottom line. If tjat doesn't happen I will lie here till I die and maybe commit suicide...NOTHING else matters to me...

I am not saying that you should distract yourself from XXXXXXX I am saying try to think about thing other than XXXXXXX so that your trauma decreases a little bit. Continue to think about XXXXXXX but in the same time try to look upon other good aspects of life also. Try to understand this. Keep praying to GOD for best thing. Don't loose hope.
