It appears that XXXXXXX is having depression and her doctor is trying to treat the same. If at present she is not having sufficient improvement with effexor 150mg then her dose shouod certainly be increased. Effexor doee can be raised to 225kg - 300mg. Also it would be wise to get her thyroid profile and B12 levels checked. You may discuss these increase inndose and further investigations with your treating doctor.
