Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Well possibly you have a sensitive colon but that's an diagnosis of exclusion.
Need to get basic evaluation done like get your stools examined on three occasions to look for any blood or pus cells if yes then worthwhile getting an colonoscopy done to look for inflammation or swelling in large intestine.
In addition take probiotics which are easily available over the counter. In addition then taking butter milk and curd will help you.
Mostly does not look like colon cancer possibly its sensitive stomach irritable bowel with hemorrhoids or piles bleeding.
Also do not strain for stools, ensure adequate fiber and water intake. Reducing anxiety will help you in long run.
Hope this answers your questions.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Hi
Thank you for your query.
Sorry for the delay in responding.
Well colon cancer symptoms more commonly in elderly, long symptoms, have blood mixed stools and accompanied by weight loss.
Worthwhile getting yourself evaluated but remain relaxed. Drink cleaner water to avoid any infection.
Best wishes

Thank you for your query.
Well long as in months of symptoms.
And gradual onset usually suggests cancer. Probiotic rich food is curd buttermilk and even lot of over the counter probiotic supplements in market like yakult not sure if available there.
Fiber in diet like fruits and vegetables is very important for gut.
Best wishes
