Brief Answer:
Add orally steroids and Montelucast

Detailed Answer:
Hello and tank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you provide you are suffering from asthma .

Given the fact that you have symptoms even during the treatment it seems that the treatment should be potentiate now with oral steroids twice for up to two weeks.

I would add to the current treatment too Montelucast cps once for three months continua.

Ok you have genetic factors for asthma but it might be the allergy too.

For detecting allergies now you can not do the tests for it because you are under treatment .

Try to avoid that way to go to school, try another one if you can and discuss with your doctor for the above.

You will feel better.

Take care and feel free to ask me again

Montelucast in allergic asthma

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Montelucast (anti Ige receptors) is a medication used mainly in allergic astma in young patient aproved lately by FDA.

Potentiate means to add in the current treatment steroids orally or injection route,it depends on the situation of the patient.

It would be better to talk with your doctor
