It all started last week and got worse day by day
Brief Answer:
Could be stroke

I think there is a strong possibility that there is some neural involvement going on
Frankly it almost sounds like a stroke.
Except that it has been going on for a week.
And even that can be explained by one kind of stroke.
I therefore suggest you let me know with a repeat MRI of the brain
Best of luck

Hi, so far all the doctors have asked him to go for MRI of the pelvis, chest abdomen and the spine. We are now in room about to go for an MRI for spine. I am just so worried.
Brief Answer:
Ger MRI brain in same sitting
Detailed Answer:
I frankly think its in brain. If you are already there, ask them for an mri brain screening. They can do it in the same sitting then.
Both left sided issues- lower limb and upper limb- definitely suggest brain involvement. Just look up mca stroke on an internet search site if you like
Best of luck
