Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Penetration During Intercourse
Question: Hi..I have been married for a couple of months now..I m unable to insert an inch of my penis in my wife's vagina..we are unable to find the correct spot to insert..tried gradual foreplay by slowly stimulating the clitoris and then proceeding towards intercourse, however my wife does not get an orgasm most of the times..also tried inserting my index finger inside the finger using lubrication but that too causes pain and burning sensation on the inside skin of the vagina and she does not derive any pleasure at all..can you pls advise regarding the exact problem here and what could be done?
Thanks

Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have stated It seems that the reason you are unable to penetrate vagina during intercourse is mostly due to Imperforated Hymen .
Consult qualified Gynecologist for clinical examination ,She would be the best guide and may need to perforate it under anesthesia .

Thanks for your feedback sir.
If it is a imperforated hymen shouldn't it also cause menstrual and other related problems. My wife has never had menstrual problems, so I was just in a bit of doubt.
Also is the perforation of the vagina done by gynac painful as my wife is very scared of any kind of surgery. Also what is the recovery period and time after which you can start sexual activity?
Brief Answer:
Imperforated hymen does not cause any problem in menstruation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Imperforated hymen does not cause any problem in menstruation as vaginal opening is adequate to drain out liquid menstrual material .
The surgery is very minor surgery done under short general anesthesia and patient is discharged within 3-4 hours after surgery .There is nothing to be worried at all .
You can resume your sexual activities within a week.
Thanks and Regards.
