Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Feeling of something stuck in throat for weeks with deep breath need a little local throat examination as a sore throat can be causing this all. Recent cold, flu, post nasal drip can do it. If any acid reflux problem, that could be a possible cause of this feeling of something stuck in throat. I would like you to visit an otorhinolaryngologist and let them assess the possible cause for it. Till then, warm salt water gargles, garlic water gargles, warm comforting beverages , throat lozenges will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

fulness in head with walking and discomfort while lying down with wobbling gait and feeling of falling down is a likely presentation of dizziness and it can happen with recent sinuses infection, cold , flu , or even acid reflux. In nut shell these symptoms and symptoms mentioned earlier could be pretty much connected and be due to same reason. Getting in touch with your physician and let them sort it out is what you need.

I hope it helps.

TSH value is lower limit of normal. Rest of the labs are normal. None of these explain benign symptom you have. It could be a sequelae of acid reflux / gastric discomfort. It can be an allergic airways leading to these discomfort. Allergen immunotherapy, diet and lifestyle adjustments, work up to find the possible cause for it. Talk to your doctor and let them sort it out. Local causes to airways, sinuses, gastric discomfort should be highlighted.

I hope it helps.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Pressure in head feeling has many causes with normal MRI out side cranium that can lead to such discomforts. It could be simple headache, tension headache, migraine , anxiety, sinuses, ear pathology and throat itself along with eustachian tube defects. Thats why i was insisting so much to visit an otorhinolaryngologist and let them have a look and find the possible cause there and meanwhile modify diet and lifestyle to combat acid reflux and gastric discomfort along with it take some pepto.

I hope it helps.
