Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On Penis Head

Question: I have a shiny spot on the top/right side of the head of my penis. (about the size of a pencil eraser) I noticed the following day after having sex with my wife. (Did not shower after sex, just used tissue to clean up and went to bed) Had sex twice, once with and once without a condom. The spot seems to become more reddish when I have an erection , but there is NO pain, itching, blistering or discharge from it. Going on for over 3 weeks. Just annoying that I see it. What can this be? Skin seems thinner in that area too. Like a scar almost.

I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
You have mentioned you have been applying clotrimazole from a week, have you seen any improvement with it?
Have you been taking any medicines recently like any pain killers or antibiotics or anything else ?

I uploaded two pictures. Only place I saw where I could do it was under "upload new reports". Skin is pretty dry and it cracked a little during masturbation yesterday, but again, no burning or pain. That's the first instance of that happening which is probably due to the skin being dry and being stretched. was going to put some Neosporin on it but wanted to wait until I got some advice first. will probably switch to more of a moisturizing soap tomorrow as well.
I haven't been taking any medicines other than an occasional ibuprofen for a headache, but I do smoke, which I know doesn't help. The cream seemed like it was working to an extent, but it wasn't completely going away. I didn't put very much when I did use it, but I also started getting nervous about adding creams to this area, especially when I don't really know what's going on. I have not had intercourse since it happened but do masterbate. Noticed that it had subsided a bit when I would not masterbate for a few days, but once I did, it seems to come back, almost like the blood flow is just more visible in that area.
I'm trying to rule out an STD, since I haven't had a different sexual partner in over 8 years, but it's always a concern from something that may have been contracted long ago and is just now being triggered. (seems unlikely but all kinds of thoughts start going through your mind)
Any help and advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Does not look like std
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures.
You basically have a raised popular lesion over the glans which is asymptomatic and is not causing any discomfort .
It surely does not look like a fungal infection, so you stop using the cream .
I do not really think it is associated with any std, so you need not worry too much about it .
It looks more like an allergic or autoimmune problem .
Such skin lesions, in most cases need to be biopsied if they do not clear with topical steroid application .
So, my advice would be to see a nearby doctor /a dermatologist preferably who can examine the area carefully with a magnifying lens and reach a final diagnosis.
For the time being, you should use contraception during intercourse .
