Brief Answer:
BPPV- NEEDS clinical evaluation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any associated nausea or vomiting?
Is your dizziness associated with painful neck movements?

Kindly get back to me with details.

As per your clinical details, your episodic vertigo could be due to BPPV- (benign positional proximal vertigo).

Most often, vertigo episodes are related to movement of body. It' type of peripheral vertigo, (most of the investigations are normal) diagnosed only through clinically by an ent surgeon.

I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and give detailed history (viral infections), detailed ENT examination, audiometry and vestibular tests. Treatment can be started according to the investigations. If you have already done and if you have reports then please upload them.

I also advise you to take rest, till you get evaluated.

If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
