Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness alone with no other symptom of ear or air ways or any other neurological condition is likely benign and self resolving. It may take a few weeks so all you need is supportive cre with some antivert and measures to prevent fall and tripping to avoid trauma by fall. Using a support specially while leaving the bed or standing from sittign would be great.

As far as spasm in hands is concerned, it could be an age related arthralgia or a neuropathy nutritional or compressive, too early to tell with out doing some work up. get to a doctor, let them examine you, do a complete clinical correlation, run some labs and then only we can have our options and management accordingly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
