Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Dizziness can have many different causes. One possibility would be low blood pressure, which may be exacerbated when changing position from supine to standing as the gravity factor is added as well. Low blood pressure may be due to not being well hydrated or heart conditions such as arrhythmia.
Another common cause would be condition such as anemia where reduced hemoglobin may lead to less oxygen being transported to the brain causing dizziness.
Metabolic issues such as diabetes, liver and kidney disease, electrolyte abnormalities may also be a cause.

So I would say the initial step would be some routine blood tests to screen for the conditions I mention, tests such as blood count, glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, thyroid function, vitamin B12 deficiency as well as an EKG for arrhythmia. As for the ears issue, if it is only on one side then should be checked for ear infection, but if on both sides shouldn't be related to the ears itself, only in the setting of dizziness.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
