Brief Answer:
many things can cause these symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many things that can cause these symptoms. The first one I think of with cold hands and feet is low thyroid. It can also cause weakness and fatigue. I suggest that you see your doctor for an exam and some blood work. They may suggest that you get an MRI but they may be able to find the cause without it. Make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. Avoid all caffeine, alcohol and tobacco. Exercise daily at least walking for 30 minutes and take a multivitamin daily. I hope you feel better soon. See your doctor as soon as you can
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
