Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic,

I've gone through your problems and symptoms.

Based on these details, either of the three organs are involved--
a) Heart
b) Brain
c) Inner ear

The only way to rule out the cause is to exclude the involvement of symptoms one by one.
Initially i would recommend you some basic tests of cardiology like-
Holter monitoring or loop recording
Stress test
2D echocardiogram

If all the three tests are normal, then--
Go for an MRI brain and a Ear nose throat check up to get clearance for proper functioning of inner ear.

If all of them are normal too,
They could be panic attacks. So a thorough evaluation by psychiatrist in person should be done.

Hope this helps
Thanks!

Follow up query!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Its very unlikely that mildly elevated estrogen levels are associated with your migraines or heart problem. However any thing is possibile in medical science. So let's rule out all causes one by one.

Lymes disease can cause such problems but initially rule out things which are more common. Rare things are actually rare.

Thanks

My estrogen level is not low. It's a 6. Isn't that extremely low?

Brief Answer:
please attach/upload detailed reports with reference values!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Different labs have different criteria to measure the level of estrogen. So either kindly attach the reports with normal reference value or write down the unit in which you are mentioning it as six.

However considering it low also, it can't cause migraines and palpitation etc. However if it is that low as you've written may be it's better to consult a endocrinologist to get it corrected.

However I still don't think it has a direct relation to your problem.
Thanks!
