Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to comment without examination. It will be better of you can upload the pictures.
Based on the information, it might be due to dental infection or might be due to upper respiratory tract infection ( sinusitis).
Do you have dental problem?
Did you suffer from upper respiratory tract infection recently?
Presently I would suggest you to do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil 3 to 4 times a day for 3 days. Warm salt water gargling 3 to 4 times day. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water especially warm water.
Take over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen ( 500 mg twice daily) or ibuprofen (400 mg twice daily) for 3 days.
If the symptoms persist after 3 days or worsens, I would suggest you to see ENT specialist.

Since you are medications for previous heart attack, you might bleed a little extra than people who are not on similar medications. Perhaps the swelling and other features are secondary to your medications. However it is important to understand and determine what triggered this attack.
It is difficult to comment, without examining you. I would suggest you to see local doctor for detailed examination of your injury. Based on that management can be decided.
If you have pain, you can take the medicines mentioned in the previous post.
