
Suggest Treatment For Dull Stabbing Pain Caused By Polycystic Kidney Disease

Question: I have a cyst on 3.0 cm on rt superior kidney and a 1.2 cm on rt kidney inferior . Lower rt quandrant pain for 2 months , Most of time pain is tolerable (dull ache ) sometimes it wakes me up during the night with burning, stabbing pain . What is the treatment , do these cysts need to be removed , biopsied ? Also have multiple cysts (tiny on Liver ) are they related to kidney ?
