Question: I HAVE WHAT FIRST APPEARED TO BE ECZEMA ON THE TOP OF MY HAND, IT ITCHES AND IS RED AROUND THE EDGES AND HAS A WHITE CENTER

It's been about 3 weeks but getting larger. It both itches and other times is painfil

As told before, it would be really helpful if you can upload some close up pictures.
If that is not possible, since your problem looks more like an allergic reaction or eczema like, I would advise you to apply some topical steroid cream like cortisone cream mixed with neosporin cream twice a day over it.
In addition, you should take some oral antihistamine tablet like tablet claritin once a day for a week to control the allergic process.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it.
