Suggest Treatment For Eczema On Penis

Question: I have a paper cut wound on my penis. It's not herpes. Because I opens up and bleed sver lightly .ever time I rub the scars and seems to heal with a couple of hours. I have had this for over 10 years

I have gone through your query, question and answer history as well as the picture you send before. It can be most likely eczema. This usually occur due to irritation or allergy to chemicals or immune dysfunction.

Avoid using soaps and irritants to wash penis. You can use saline or warm water or hypoallergic soap like cetaphil. Use mild detergents for undergarments. Use loose underwear.

Using creams containing vitamin E and aloe vera will be helpful. Corticosteroid creams like beclamethasone will be helpful if that is not working
