Suggest Treatment For Elevated SGOT And SGPT Levels

I want to reduce within a week..

It takes minimum 3 months for your liver enzymes to come to normal level.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

Elevated SGPT and SGOT usually takes 3 months to reduce.

Get an ultrasound abdomen and upload me the report as it will determine the cause of elevated liver enzymes and thereby predict the exact duration for your enzymes to get normal.

I advise you to take Tab.Hepamerz once daily and Tab.Livolin forte one capsule a day for 3 months.

I also advise you to do the following:

1.Drink 3-4 liters of water daily.

2.Quit smoking and alcohol if any.

3.Avoid fatty food and spices.

4.Regular exercise for 20-30 min daily.

5.Diet rich in oats,fruits and vegetables.
