Brief Answer:
Alcoholism and smoking would increase

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read through the report.
I found the liver enzymes increased benign. Low Vitamin D3 levels and high non HDL cholesterol levels.
Personal habits of alcohol and smoking would cause a brunt on liver and would raise the liver enzymes esp GGT to detoxify the blood. In the process of detoxification the enzymes raise in levels.
After quitting them it takes 6 months to 1 year, depending on the function, for them to see the normal line.
Meantime I suggest you to not to eat outside (chances of hepatitis etc increase), not to take un necessary medications so that the liver is not injured again.
To improve lipid profile you should increase fibre in the food by opting healthy vegetables, fruits and grains in your daily diet. Regular physical activity has a beneficial effect in lowering the lipids.
You should also start taking Vitamin D supplement. Tab CALCIFEROL, 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
Hope this answers
