Brief Answer:
adopt lifestyle modifications

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Aftergoing through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that instead of starting of with cholesterol lowering meds I would like to suggest you to adopt lifestyle modifications as the levels of lipids are not that high.

Lifestyle modifications includes :
1. Daily brisk morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.
2. Reduction of daily dietary salt intake.
3. Avoid junk food and deep fried food stuff.
4. Reduce the consumption of rice and potatoes.
5. Include good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet.
6. Drink plenty of water.
7. Sleep well a minimum of 7 hrs sleep is advised.

Follow these habits strictly for 3 months and then check your lipid profile again. Hopefully you won't be requiring any meds anymore after that.

I hope this information will be helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any more doubts.

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Your LDL levels are not that high for which meds should be started, only lifestyle habits will control them. Also as your liver enzymes are slightly deranged I would not like to start you on statins.

You can start taking syrup liv 52 two teaspoon twice daily before meals.

I hope this information will be helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any more doubts or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Kind regards
