Suggest Treatment For Encephalomalacia And Gliosis After A Closed Head Injury

Frontal lobe damage may change sexual behaviour.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being here on Healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Frontal lobe damage may cause increased or suppressed sexual behaviour but does not directly control erection. That means, that if due to the frontal lobe damage, there is suppressed sexual behaviour, that indirectly may cause erectile dysfunction but as such erection is not directly controlled by frontal lobe.In neurological clinical practice, patients with frontal lobe damage do not usually present with loss of erection.
I advise you to take a psychiatrist consultation and follow the counselling sincerely. It will probably help you,as most commonly,'loss of erection' is a psychosomatic manifestation.
Hope, I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up questions,I shall be glad to answer them.
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
