Brief Answer:
Variocele

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have noticed enlargement of your left testicle. It could be getting bigger for several reasons including a variocele which is enlarge blood vessels around the testicle. You could also have an inguinal hernia. Or lastly you could have inflammation of the testicle but with that I would expect you to have pain and tenderness.

I recommend that you see your medical provider to perform an examination to determine the cause of your enlargement. None of the above conditions are dangerous and do not require treatment unless it is an inguinal hernia which would need surgical correction.

This not cancer as almost all testicular cancers occur in late teens or early adulthood.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
