Question: Hello, I have a clear bubble on the white part of my eyeball ( the superior oblique portion of the left eye), it is painful and the area around it is bloodshot. The small, clear blob like cyst is under my under eye lid except for when I move my eyeball. Movement is painful and the area around my eye is twitching. this started yesterday morning.

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This is episcleritis which basically is inflammation of outer layers of eyeball.
This responds to local steroid droos 5 to 6 times a day and oral. steroids approximately 30 mg per day.
Till you are able to get it,continue with ibuprofen 400mg twice a. day,which is also an anti inflammatory.
Be careful, steroids locally and orally are to be used for a short period of time to avoid harmful effects.
