Brief Answer:
Meniere's,Migraine associated Vertigo, other causes should be differentiated

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. If you have a history of fluctuating hearing loss along with worsening of the hearing and tinnitus during the vertigo episodes (with improvement in between) and fullness in the ear, the diagnosis is Meniere's Disease, otherwise it is Migraine associated Vertigo. Other possible causes such as Vestibular Neuritis, among others, should be differentiated.

2. Request your doctor to give you a trial with a low salt diet, high dose Betahistine (Vertin/Betaserc) acetazolamide (Diamox) and anti-migraine medication.

3. If you have a Pure Tone Audiometry, Impedance Audiometry and clinical examination reports (including balance testing), kindly upload these reports to help me understand your problem.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
