Brief Answer:
Take tablet tadalafil and dapoxetine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

Diabetes itself can cause erection problems. First thing would be to control your blood sugar levels. You need to visit your physician for treatment of diabetes.

For erectile dysfunction (ED), there are certain drug options like sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil. Among these, tadalafil is the safest choice. It can initially cause gastritis, headache, muscle pains and stuffy nose. These effects usually disappear on its own in 12-24 hours.
Also, it has half life of almost two days and can show its effects for this period.
10mg is the usual dose, taken two hours before intercourse.

For premature ejaculation (PME), the drugs used are paroxetine and dapoxetine.
Paroxetine is usually given in doses of 20mg and dapoxetine in doses of 30mg at bed time. These can cause slight sedation and dry mouth and constipation. But these side effects are not bothersome.

These are all prescribed medications. You can consult a nearest psychiatrist for suitable doses for you.
Hope this information helps you.
